This is exactly what has happened to your English learning journey. You have tried to learn GENERAL English. You are obsessed with having a B2 or C1 level, but what’s the point if you still cannot conduct an interview in English or give a presentation to your clients.
As I already mentioned, general English courses focus on teaching English as a language, so then it’s up to you to find out how to use what you’ve learned in real life. As you can see, it’s a 2-step process.

Now that you have the right words to express yourself it’s time to boost your speaking skills.
Limiting beliefs are negative things we believe and say to ourselves that are limiting our potential of doing better. In this module, you will learn how to shift your mindset.
You will get a link to access a detailed mind map with all the necessary vocabulary. The words are divided into four categories (job analysis, sourcing, screening, job offer) and include definitions.
A step-by-step guide that will help you write a job description in English. Real examples included.
This guide will help you increase your active vocabulary by about 55 word families per year.
I’ve worked with many Spanish-speaking recruiters. They all had one thing in common – they make the same mistakes in English under the influence of Spanish. I compiled an overview of the most common mistakes for you to avoid.

A list of resources for your further indpendent study. You will find there useful online tools, book recommendations, as well as a list of English-speaking recruiters (influencers) to follow on social media.

We meet online for 60 minutes to practice speaking. We will focus on the problematic areas and I will answer any questions you might have.
After the session, you receive a post-session assignment to complete. This assignment is
designed for you to apply the skills you learn in the sessions and it helps me assess your progress.
I correct your assignment and send it back to you with comments.
